How do I start a project with NineAnchor?
Get in touch through our contact page with a short brief about your goals. We'll set up a discovery call, scope the work, and send you a clear proposal and quote before anything begins.
What information do you need from me to begin?
The more the better, but to start we just need your goals, a rough timeline and budget, any brand assets you already have, and examples of sites or products you like. We guide you through the rest during discovery.

Pricing & timelines
How much does a website cost?
Website cost depends on scope — a marketing website costs less than a custom web app or an ecommerce store. After a short discovery call we send a fixed, itemised quote so there are no surprises.
How long does it take to build a website?
A marketing website typically takes 3–5 weeks from discovery to launch. Ecommerce stores, custom web apps and mobile apps take longer depending on features and integrations.
What are your payment terms?
Most projects are split into a deposit to begin and milestone payments through the build, with the balance due at launch. We confirm the exact schedule in your proposal.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. We offer maintenance and support plans to keep your website or app fast, secure and up to date after it goes live.
